Breaking: His Excellency the President and SLPP Presidential Candidate together with other Presidential Candidates signed the National Election Pledge which contains key commitments among which is to accept the results of the 24th June 2023 multi-tier elections or commit to the Judicial resolution of electoral disputes. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Commonwealth, African Union, ECOWAS, United Nations, European Union and members of the National Election Pledge Committee.
