Sierra Leone’s Vice President, Dr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh has officially kickstarted the construction of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Field Hospital in Port Loko district, north-west Sierra Leone.
The 100-bed facility is supported by the Government of the United Arab Emirates to complement Sierra Leone’s COVID-19 response and bolster the country’s healthcare delivery.
The project is expected to be completed within a month.
